Service within an hour when I called for a clogged main line. The technician was thorough, checking all possible areas of problems, and explained what and why he was doing certain things. He gave me instructions on how to avoid problems in the future. Very satisfies with Bob J!

I have used Roto-Rooter several times now and have been pleased every time. Most recently, they installed a new garbage disposal for me. Don is excellent - prompt, professional, and does great work. I made the appointment online this time and it was very easy. One of the things I appreciate about Roto-Rooter is that I can get an appointment quickly and at a time that fits my schedule.

Our water heater stopped working. I called on Friday night around 10:30pm and the next morning Roto-Rooter sent Bob J., within the hour we had hot water. Bob provided excellent technical and customer service. I would definitely call on Roto Rooter again.

May 17, 2013 We had Roto-Rooter Plumbers come to our house for a plumbing problem - our washing machine was not draining properly. The plumber came out to our St. Louis home, fixed the problem and suggested some things we could do to maintain better service. Intelligent, fast and effective, he was and we are quite happy with the service.

We have used this Roto Rooter office several times because we have recurring roots in our lines. We tried someone else 1 time many years ago and swore we would never do that again. Our experience with Roto Rooter is always professional, quick and friendly. We would highly recommend Roto Rooter to anyone.

I called the Roto-Rooter Brentwood office for a plumber. Don showed up promptly when the operator said he would AND he did a fantastic job of fixing our slow draining tub.

Don the plumber out of the Brentwood, MO Roto-Rooter arrived before the 2-hour window quoted on a Saturday afternoon to fix a tub faucet that suddenly wouldn't stop running unless the basement water valve was shut off. Turns out another plumbing business installed the new left & right faucet handle valves backwards, causing 1 stem to stop working properly. He was able to replace the part, since it was on his vehicle. Guess I've found a new plumbing company.

Our floor drain backed up recently, and another plumber told us that we had roots in our lines, and that we needed to flush the drains with a "root-eating" chemical. After doing some research on those chemicals, I was a little nervous about using them and decided to get a second opinion. I called Roto Rooter out of Brentwood, MO, and boy, am I glad I did! Turns out we did NOT have roots at all--we had a different type of blockage, which the Roto Rooter plumber quickly identified and removed, and he even gave us tips on how to prevent it in the future.

I was very impressed with the entire organization--the woman who made my appointment was helpful and efficient and worked around my schedule to set the appointment (ours was not an emergency issue); she even emailed me confirmation of the appointment. The plumber that came out was running a little behind, but called to let us know ahead of time (! when does that happen?) and again before he arrived. Professional, reliable service. I'll definitely call again.

I called the Brentwood Roto-Rooter location and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. They called first and arrived within 20 minutes. The plumber was able to pinpoint the problem. While he worked, he explained the problem to me in detail. The job was complete in about 30 minutes, so I was able to return to work. GREAT JOB!

we called the Brentwood location for a plumber to help with a clogged sewer drain. they were there within an hour of the initial phone call and corrected the problem in short order. very professional.
