Roto-Rooter plumber July 2, 2012 The "plumber' from "Brentwood" came to fix our outside faucet. We were called to let us know that he was on his way

After fixing the faucet (only a washer was needed), he told me not to turn it (Faucet) too tight when turning it off.

He was very professional and efficient

We always call Roto-Rooter when we need a plumber.

Roto-Rooter got a service person out to my house within an hour and half of me calling. Steve (the plumber) was friendly and efficient. He saved us over $100 by using an alternative to snaking our drain. He quickly fixed our kitchen sink and then found a cheap easy solution to fixing the leak in our powder room. I would highly recommend RR to anyone.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 04/13/2012. The serviceman was at my house within an hour and gone after another. He was very helpful and able to give advice as well as explain potential problems. A little pricey, but such is owning a home.

Drain Cleaning. The plumber, "Jacob," arrived on time. He worked quickly and professionally. The drain was clean in about 45 minutes.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 03/20/2012. Bought a new home and within 2 weeks had the basement drains backing up. Needed a qualified plumber in St Louis quick. Called Roto-Rooter and they were there and done within 4 hours of my call. Drains are free and clear.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3/18/12. I called Roto-Rooter on a Sunday afternoon. Initially, I was told they would have a plumber to my house in 2-4 hours, but they had someone there in less than an hour, which was greatly appreciated. Keith, our technician, was very knowedgeable and explained everything that he did once the he finished the project. He also took the time to explain to us the problems and why the plumbing wasn't working properly. We were very pleased with the prompt and courteous service we received. We will definitely be recommending Roto-Rooter (and Keith) to our friends and family in St. Louis.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 2/29/2012. Called Roto-rooters and Keith(4589), the plumber, came out the same day to our St. Louis home. I received a phone call that he was on his way. He was courteous and professional, explained what he was doing when fixing the toilet. He provided me with an explaination and all of the paperwork. I could not have been more pleased and would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3/2/2012. Our encounter with Roto-Rooter began when we bought a dishwasher from a national "big-box" home improvement store. Roto-Rooter was dispatched to do the installation.

John arrived in the early part of the window that we were quoted, after calling to let us know that he was on his way. He arrived promptly, and found himself having to deal with some unexpected issues in a 50-year old house in which the existing dishwasher had been installed over 25 years ago. John dealt with the additional issues in a calm, courteous, and professional manner and did an excellent installation, including full cleanup.

In the process, John pointed out a leaking drain pipe. We knew about it, and had done and amateur repair several years ago which was now leaking again. John described the problem, gave us an idea of what would likely be involved in the repair, gave us a "ballpark" estimate, and suggested that we might want to get a couple of actual estimates.

Based on our experience with John and his service, and short on time to have the work completed, we called back to Roto-Rooter to have them do the job, specifically requesting John. When he arrived for that job, John quickly went to work and realized that there might be some additional issues, starting with having to remove part of a back cabinet panel. Once into the wall, though, he was able to identify and suggest an alternative repair method that would be quicker, just as reliable, and considerably less expensive.

John completed the repairs in less time than anticipated, cleaned up the worksite completely, and charged us several hundred dollars less that what he had originally thought the job might cost.

We are extremely pleased with Roto-Rooter, and in particular with John. I would call again if we need a plumber in St. Louis, and would ask again that they send John to do the job.
