Horrible Food Ever.
We have been to this so-called Cooking Show restaurant since 2007! It was wonderful then.....This place is going downhill....Waitresses are not friendly...You will GET CHARGE($6) for getting appetizer or side orders only! The chef made the food very salty in order to make the lava from the volcano show!
The waitress was even so greedy as expecting $10 tips out of $9.36 bill after we requested the split checks!
Not going back anymore. Will go for different ones, like
Shogun or Hibachi in the future. The owner will just wasted your time and phone minutes by arguing with you! Horrible Restaurant with high prices for the nasty foods :-(

No more.
What a decline. The last two outings, I have been incredibly disappointed. Once at Westport and one downtown. The strips have been awful. I don't expect to get connective tissue running through steaks at this level. I've had better home-grilled steaks using Costco strips. Had I not been with a group the second time, I would have made an issue of it.

The Perfect Romantic Dinner.
My husband & I ate at D&H for our anniversary. The atmosphere was so romantic! I loved the curved booths. The price was what we had expected. I would highly recommend D&H to everyone.

A Classic Steakhouse.
A true step back in time to a classical rendition of the comfortable steakhouses of the past. Melt in your mouth tender filet's of beef along side huge piles of roasted garlic mashed potatoes. The creamed spinach was incredibly rich and their cajun shrimp was perfect with a pilsner of beer in a 20-oz. football flute. My wife & I love to cozy up to each other in their ohhso comfortable booths. Service is usually impecable and they make you feel so welcome. The price is a little high but what do you expect for aged beef these days. A true masterpiece.

Holy cow. Two football greats score a touchdown with great steak restaurants..
Food
The meaty choices are presented to diners on a large tray prior to preparation. The nicely cut pieces of steak, chops and fish are so fresh that you could almost just stick a fork in them and start chewing away. (We recommend waiting, however.) Try the 12-ounce tenderloin filet or the 18-ounce New York strip. For a big piece of beef, go with the 30-ounce porter house. Chop lovers will enjoy the delightful lamb, veal and pork options.
To start, to end
Don't miss the appetizer of barbecue shrimp, which are sauteed in a delightful Cajun-style butter. Desserts are also quit nice and your server will bring out a mouth-watering display on a tray to help make your choice even more impossible.

Great steak and service....
The steak was excellent. Service was great, plus Stephanie was very pretty as well. It was difficult to pick a dessert from the dessert tray, they all looked great!

Gave It A Try - 3 Strikes You're Out.
Very disappointing once again. I have dined at Dierdorf's with a small group (2) and large group (10). Still have to wait, even if you already made reservations. Their menu is small and limited. They are pricy and not worth the food. The steak and lobster have always been good - but you can get those menu items elsewhere. The service is good as well. I will not be back.
