Has Not Changed in 11 years...

Sounds like DNI hasn't changed since 11 years ago when I had to deal with them. I was on the Board of Directors for a Condo Assn. and still am. We did not renew their contract. You all are right...will not return phone calls, charge outrageous fees for everything including mailings, and are very slow to respond to anything. One of you had mold from water damage...that drywall should have been ripped out that day or the next day at the very latest...Unbelievable. Eleven years ago I formed Investment Property Management. Although I never sought out to find a property to manage, I think perhaps I should. Brookside - Ofallon - DNI Horrible

We were one of the first homes built in Brookside in O'Fallon, MO. DNI makes you feel like you are a renter and NOT like you own your home. They have very poor customer service. They do not like to get back with you when you email or call and leave several messages. I have gone all the way up the chain with emails to the president with no responses. I have went to the builder. McBride and Son. That is another joke!! McBride!! Never again will we buy from McBride or have DNI for our home owner association. We have a horrible problem with our pool and frogs!! DNI claims its McBrides problem and they need to correct the issues. McBride claims its DNI's problem and they need to correct the problem since we pay dues. No one wants to take responsibility!!! We are consulting with an attorney! Oh and DNI loves to refer you to the endentures which they love to change any time they like to suit their needs and NOT the home owners. They are a RIP OFF!! I have sent letters to the state attorneys office as well as the county's office with complaints. Our neighborhood will not stop till we get what we are paying for!!!

Horrible property management

This property manangement is HORRIBLE. They do not care about you. They are unprofessional, they LIE ALOT, they do their best to demean your character. They say one thing and do another.

If someone recommends them to you, I just have one word, RUN.....and don't look back. You will save yourself alot of drama, heartache and money! The people that run this property are disorganized and sloppy. If you don't believe me, go ahead and try them, you will invite a lot of heartache and stress into your life. They will drain you dry, emotionally, physically, mentally and your money, and will not be able to show for it.
