Our drain backed up during the storms last week, and we had a power outage. They could not come while we had no power but as soon as it was back on the Roto rooter technician was at our house in 30 minutes. And an hour later he had our main drain and our floor drain cleaned out and fixed. He was very professional. Thank You!

Technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He took the time to fully understand the problem and was very efficient in resolving it. Afterwards, he explained what the problem was to us just for the sake of clarity. I will definitely recommend this service to all my friends and relatives.

Excellent service. An experienced and professional plumber arrived on time. He gave me two options for repair. The job was taken care of quickly and thoroughly and Glen offered to return if the problem recurred. Very pleased with the service.

Great service. We phoned the office on a Saturday morning, the receptionist was very friendly . Service man Glen was out within a 2 hour window and we were up and going in no time. From start to finish this was a pain to have sewer back up, But a pleasure to have Roto-Rooter take care of everything quickly and we could get on with our busy day. Thanks

Jon Arbogast was my elderly mother's
service technician. We were given a 3 hour window 2pm-5pm. I got the call right at about 2 pm and they told me the tech was on his way. He unclogged the basement floor drain--and she was very, very happy. Jon was friendly and well-informed and he knew his job! I hope we never have to use your services, but will use Roto Rooter for any drain, plumbing problems.
