Please don't buy from this store. Purchased a dishwasher 12/11. It took about 5 weeks to get it and it wasnt even the one we purchased. It is now leaking (not sure how long its been leaking) and the water has been spreading under our pergo kitchen floor which is now completely ruined. So we have a broken dishwasher and a ruined kitchen floor. Not worth buying from this store.

Selling broken appliances & won't honor warrenty. Check the BBB before you buy from them. We didn't & it was a huge mistake. We purchased a fridge on 5/16/11 and it didn't work from the moment we plugged it in. We were told that 'everything works" on it when we bought it. We have been waiting and promised since that date that they will repair the fridge but have not. Just been given runaround. No model # on fridge so we can't get service with any other dealer since they think it's stolen without the model #. Buyer beware, stay away unless you have lots of time to be aggravated and lied to.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I have serious doubts about anyone who gives this company 5 stars. They are probably not real shoppers, but friends or family of the owner. Or they got lucky.

My bad experience started in Nov. '10. I pre-paid $2800 for 6 appliances. We were looking for higher end appliances with just a few scratches / dents. My husband and I left the store thinking, "what an awesome deal". Too good to be true? Yes it was! To make a long story short, it is now 2/18/2011, and I have received no appliances and no refund. As others have said, we were repeatedly told, "check back next week". The owner, Mark, won't return my phone calls. The manager, Mike, says, "We don't give refunds." We are completely gutting and re-modelling our kitchen, and our contractor needed dimensions of the appliances; we've purchased them at Sears Outlet at The Mills. I paid about $1000 more, but I purchased top-of-the-line everything. And I know that my purchase is backed by Sears. I have filed a compalint with the BBB. If they can't get my money back, I'll take the company to small claims court. I'll let you know how it goes.

My biggest warning...don't give these guys any money up-front. And if you're looking for quality, go somewhere else. These guys MIGHT be OK if you just need a cheap appliance to last you for a short while.

THEY LIE !!!!!!!!!!!! DONT BUY FROM THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!. Bought a dishwasher from that guy. It broke with in a week. Called them up to tell them i would bring it back for a repair. I still had the invoice. The invoice has printed on it 1yr warranty. All the sudden there is no warranty for this appliance. When i purchased it the guy said make sure you keep the invoice for the warranty. So now i have a broken dishwasher in my kitchen!

PAINLESS EXPERIENCE. My washer broke unexpectedly and I was in dire need to get a new one but didn't have a lot of money to spend. A friend recommended I go here and I AM GLAD THEY DID!! This was the most painless appliance-buying experience I have ever had! The whole process took less than 15 minutes. There was no pressure. No one tried to talk me into getting something that I really didn't want or need. I ended up getting a new washer for $250 (including a one year warranty). We picked it up ourselves and he even told us he would take our old washer so we wouldn't have to mess with taking it somewhere else!

I went in very sceptical and left very impressed!

I will definitely go there again and recommend it to my friends.

Great Appliances Great Price. I recently purchased a Refrigerator, stove, and microwave. I got a super deal. I paid ahead of time and received the merchandise before expected. They delivered and set up all. They also hauled away my old appliances. I would highly recomend these guys to anyone!!!!!
