I called to make a reservation. I was put on hold for 20 minutes. I called with my cell phone and they answered on the first ring. I told the girl who answered the phone that I was holding on another line, her reply - HUH, So??. I continued to hold for about 15 more minutes before someone in the kitchen picked up. I did not go to this restaurant. If you can't show a little customer service on the phone, I can't imagine how you treat people once they manage to get inside.

This is a great resteraunt our family loves to go to. The steaks are really good and so is the rest of the food. The prices are a little higher but the portions are large.

My family and I ate here for lunch. The view on the balcony was great!! Unfortunalty that was the best part of of our meal. Our server was rude, as if we were a waste of his time. No greeting. When we asked anything he would not verbally answer us. We should have moved to the other side where the server seemed to be doing a better job taking care of her table. Our food took 30 min to get to our table. And all we ordered were cold sandwiches and salad?? You might think well maybe the place was having a lunch rush?? Not the case. Only one other couple that we saw. We were never asked if our food was good by our server. Which our sandwiches were suppose to come with manyo on them. After already waiting 30 min for our order now having to wait for mayo so we could eat our meal. We were very frustrated. When we left I talked with the door greeters telling them that we were unhappy with our service. All they had to say was , "sorry" Not a real apologetic "sorry" either. Obviously this place needs to work on customer service skills. Food was ok but the service spoiled it!! Dinner plate prices seem a little high for this kind of atmosphere.
