Excellent Caterer. I usually don't do reviews but since I read so many to help plan my wedding I thought it may help someone else. I used Gingham's as my caterer for my wedding. The manager, Craig, was very nice and accomadating. I requested plastic china since I didn't want to rent the real china and he was able to get what I wanted at no additional cost. I asked for them to cut our wedding cake and they were more than happy to do so. The food was great and the service was great. I highly recommend Gingham's Caterering. The price was awesome!

The BEST breakfast. Excellent homestyle food. My wife and I have been numerous times since discovering this gem in St. Charles. We have never had a bad meal or bad service. I highly reccomend the Country Fried Steak and Eggs for breakfast and the Spicy Chicken sandwich for lunch. The place is always packed on Sundays after mass. So, if you don't like crowds... don't go then.

Yes it usually smells like smoke. Yes the parking lot is in need of repair. Those are the reasons I gave a 4 instead of 5.

User review by princess12065. Gingham's is a great place to eat at any time of the day. Now that it is non-smoking on Sunday morning and afternoons you cannot even get in after mass lets out. The food is wonderful and is much more affordable then McDonald's and better quality food.

Ughh.... We just came from this place and I can't even begin to think of a word for the experience. The second you walk in you are standing in a cloud of smoke. In fact, the whole place reaked of smoke, including the non smoking section. It was really dark and to crouded with tables and chairs. I kept getting bumped by waitresses and a waiter, since there is hardly space to move. Then when the food came out they kept screwing up my husbands order. The nice thing is they gave him half off. I would have had it free if it were mine. I would have complained and not pay. Also, after we were done eating our waitress proceeded to yell at a waiter in front of all of us.

I can't say I will be back. And I don't recommend this place at all.
