Great doughnuts.

This is a great place to buy doughnuts. They are really busy on weekends an dfor good reason. Usually on a Saturday or Sunday the line goes through the front door, but that just gives you time to pick from all the doughnuts available, an dthey keep it moving really well.

• Pros: Best doughnuts in town. Great cakes also.

Greasy smell, day old pastry, lots of variety

This is a 24 hour a day shop, drive-in, so it is handy when you are out and about at odd hours, or commuting.

I went mid-day, ordered several different items including a gooey cake, a small cake, a couple of doughnuts. The lingering grease in the air clung to my clothes to the point that I had to change when I went home. I threw the gooey cake away after a few bites due to the stale aftertaste. The cake had so much frosting that it was hard to eat; we had to scrape most of it off. The doughnuts were OK, but nothing special to my disappointment.

The servers are very friendly and add a lot to the shop. I would probably use the drive-through to get coffee and a small plain doughnut.

• Cons: Not fresh, too much frosting
