LAZY Service............ I walked in one eve needing to buy two pair of glasses. The "manager" and only Optician walked out shortly after and went home, leaving an inexperienced worker behind. The store was only open another 30 minutes so it would not have hurt her to stay to assist us.

I picked out my own frames, and put away all others. He had to do very little & forgot to take measurements until I suggested it. He did not know how to write up the ticket so days later I was called back in to make a deposit before they would begin processing the order. When the glasses arrived, the employee (manager) called asking for my minor children, rather than an adult. Finally, a lens has continually fell out of BOTH pair. Obviously they were ground wrong and we are still waiting resolution .This was my second bad experience with the Clarson chain. I first went to the Hywy N location and waited over a month for a simple pair of glasses. I will not be back to ANY store and searching for a good reliable place who cares about customer service and quality.
