I would NEVER buy another vehicle from Ed Napleton Honda. We purchased a 2010 Maxima and the process took way to long and was unorganized considering we had our own financing and didn't need to jump through their hoops. Once we got the vehicle home we noticed some problems with it and wanted them checked out but they were 250 miles away, they did offer to fix them if we brought the car back to them. Instead we decided to buy an extended warrenty and them fixed locally the finance manager John took our credit card number and a week later we received the paperwork via fed-ex. We signed it and sent it back waiting for our credit card to be charged. It has now been 30 days since we sent it back and we get a phone call stating they didn't receive a check, no because I gave you my credit card number. Makes me wonder if I need to cancel that card, what did they do with my number? All in all, not the type of people I want to do business with.
This place was great to deal with ans I love my new Honda! I have always driven hondas and its was great to go to a dealer that likes hondas as much as I do. I was very pleased with the knowledge of the product. They had all the answers.
This dealership is a joke. Look at the
cookie cutter/generic comments below... It's evident that Ed Napleton employees have gotten on this site and tried skewing the ratings.
I had a negative experience at this dealership and will travel elsewhere to purchase my Honda. My salesman was pushy and had a cloud of arrogance hovering above his head. He said something along the lines of "I've made 5 sales this month, I could sell a snowball to a Eskimo." Wow...slow clap *clap...clap...clap* Good for you man.
This dealership is well known for poor customer service. Buyer Beware.
I am more than pleased with my sales experience and the entire process. Everyone was very nice and I think the sales guy gave me a decent price. I was happy with everything and would do it all again the exact same!

I love my new Honda. I recently had a problem with the blower motor in it and got a service appointment for the next day. The corrected the problem and I was ready for the summer!
Excellent. The maintenance light came on in my car and same day I called I brought my car in and had it back an hour later. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel like I was their top priority. When it came to price I was relieved that they did not try to sell me anything. It was clear what was required versus recommended and I appreciated that. I will come back to Ed Napleton Honda because I trust that they will be totally honest with me. Thanks Ed Napleton Honda!
They go above and beyond. My Accord has been exceptionally reliable. When I actually have had an issue the service department has been great about working with my schedule, getting me rides while they worked on my car, and explaining everything clearly. Their service has gone far beyond the service I received at my former Mercedes dealership. Yes, I traded in my Mercedes for a Honda and I have never regretted it!
Great. I was very happy with this dealer and even more so with my new Honda. It was a great experience all around and I will recommend them.
