A JOB WELL DONE by an EXCELLENT STAFF Purchased a used 08 KIA OPTIMA LX V6 from a local pre-owned dealer, and the car seemed fine except vibration in the steering wheel at high speeds. I prayed it was in need of a tire balance and that would be it. Dean, a great guy at the desk, had told me it's 20 bucks to check a vehicle out, and 7.50 per tire for balancing. After the tires were balanced, I went over to the car and Dean, the mechanic, and myself looked under the hood to check for any problems. Belts fine, hoses, alternator, all looked good. Brakes still had 70-80 percent on them,,,tires were in extremely good condition, plenty of tread....Dean kept me informed every step of the way, and even said the mechanic could take it on the highway for a test drive if I wanted. They really cater to the customer's wants and needs. They do what their website states, keep the customer informed of what's going on, what's needed, etc. I called my KIA dealership, they wanted 55.00 to check the car out and 39.95 for the balancing ... Dobbs wanted approximately 12.00 per tire. What did Western charge me? 0.00 for checking it out, and 29.99 for the balancing plus tax....I was so pleased that I gave him 35.00 and told him to keep the change, give it to the mechanic. My step- dad goes to this business, and I'm glad I do, too. I believe you will as well.…
