You Have to Visit This Place !!. I did not know that a place like this could still be found. In this age of high gloss c-stores, it was so comfortable to walk into an honest to goodness old fashion country store. Just a few miles north of Troy, on your way to the Cuivre River State Park is a diamond in the rough. They have everything you need, fuel, food, beer, bait. You name it. And did I mention the food is great!! The owners' son, Josh was there and filled me in on all the great stuff hanging on the walls. Take a ride and drop in. You won't regret it!!!…
It doesn't get any better in Troy, MO. This place is too good to be true. The atmosphere is friendly and the clerks/cooks are terrific! No matter what time of day, there is always something great cooking. The wonderful scents of good food just linger in the air. They also have a nice selection of groceries. Best little country store in Troy, Missouri!. This is an awesome place. The clerks are so nice and friendly. The walls are covered with history. The original owners have gone on to a better place but their spirit remains within the store walls. This little store has just about everything a person could want. Great grill food-try the double cheeseburger!! You won't be disappointed! Cold, cold beer and wine! Sinclair gas to get you back home.
