CLEAN!!!. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

BO is a great artist ( he's tattooed my hubby twice). He has done work for everyone in my family. He even came in on his day off to pierce my sister-in-law and myself (triple forward helix)!!!!

I love their new floor. Great location in wentzville. They've always been reasonable/affordable. I'll be going there again.

Superior Work. Beau did a very large back piece for me. I went in with my ideas and he interpretted them flawlessly. He was conscientous about my well being and the amount of pain associated with such a large piece.

Beau was recommended to me by a friend and I've made the same recommendation to friends of mine who are looking for new art or to have existing pieces updated or improved.

These folks understand the concept of "sanitation and sterilization". I always feel comfortabel there. Beau's the man, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Amazing Artist, Amazing Work. Garett helped me out with my first tattoo. I was so nervous about the whole thing but he made me feel very comfortable. His drawing skills are amazing and I couldn't think of anyone better to go to for an original piece. Garett is the ONLY person that I will ever get tattoos done from. I fly out from California to have him work on me, His art competes with anything I?ve seen out here in California and is ahead of the game in Mo. I trust him fully. Any other reviews written to slander are false and i would guess made up by competitors in the area. Ultimate Art form is here to stay and I wouldn't have it any other way. Clean, Professional, Fun, Reliable: some of the words I would use to describe Ultimate Art Form.

if u got time to wait. Bo does gr8 work,downside is last 2 tatoo i talked with him about .He needed 3 weeks to draw it up.So last 2 two where done at Pain Station and done for less money ,but done as well.So if you got time to wait (3 or more weeks)and i would go there.

Best tattoo shop in the area. I have 7 tattoos and all were done by Ultimate Artform Tattoo artists. I have won 3 awards on one of the tattoos that Bo did. They are very sympathetic to your needs if you are new to tattoos. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my tattoos or piercings. I have a 17 yr old that is wanting to get a tattoo and I told him the only place that I would take him would be to Bo or Mike. I also have a 16 yr old wanting to get her belly button pierced and told her the same thing. So, whoever it is that said they are the worst shop is full of it. I have their work on me and know plenty of people that have had their work done there and won't go anywhere else. Just because you don't like the work that 1 artist does, doesn't mean that the other artists do crappy work. If you don't like their work go someplace else.

Beware.... horrible work is done at this shop!!. Garret who works here is the worst artist I have ever seen. I can't believe I let him start my sleeve. I would seriously STAY AWAY. This place is very close to going out of business!

Best Tattoo Shop. The Ultimate Art Form Tattoo Shop is the best shop around. I MUST write this review after reading what the other person wrote in their review. I have been going to this tattoo shop for quite awhile now and I know for a fact that the artist was NOT smoking while tattooing. There is no smoking inside the shop. You must go outside in the hall to smoke. I see the people who work there clean after every procedure. This shop has been open for nearly 15 years! I totally disagree what the other reviewer said about it being a biker tattoo shop, I'm not a biker and not everyone in there is a biker, but bikers DO get tattoos. They welcome everybody, all walks of life into their shop. They have a great reputation and the people who work there are great. If you can't find what you are looking for on the wall or in books, they can custom draw what you want, or you can bring in your own picture. Not many shops can do that. They have alot of jewelry to choose from for your piercings. When you get a new piercing, it includes the jewelry and after-care solution. You don't have to buy those seperate. I highly recommend this shop to anyone wanting to get a great tattoo at a reasonable price. Bo will take care of your tattoo and piercing needs. In fact, I seen a page on myspace showing their work. Check it out for yourself.
