Terrible office staff. Any positive review on this page has to be from the company itself. They NEVER pickup the phone. You leave a message and they might call you back in a few days. Plus they lie to you. They keep sending me bills that aren't mine, then they say to ignore it and they will take care of it. Three straight months they have done this to me and now it's time for legal action on my part.

Best Trash Company in the business. Christian is the best trash company that I have ever had service my home and business. These guys are great. Prices lower than everyone else and service is better. Missouri company that cares about their customers. If you need trash service this is the company to use.

Great Customer Service. We've been with this company for almost a year now. So far the Customer service has been great. They pick up the phone and take time to answer all of questions.

When comparing this company to the other competitors servicing the area, they offer the same amount of pickup at the same price. What separates this company from the other is the people on the other end of the phone. The competitors lag behind in this area.

My only complaint so far, is that once in a while who ever picks up spills trash on the ground and doesn't bother to pick it up.

Bad Company. This company is a disgrace. Not only did they miss my trash on the very first day I started service with them, they practice fraudulent business by charging customers for service long after they have canceled with them, then LIE by claiming their servicemen were picking up trash at a house that had been VACANT for months! Liars and Cheaters! Do not use this company.
