Access is most important to me, and Zane gave me his cell phone number. He got back to me right away in spite of his busy schedule. He was both professional and knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions and told me what I needed to know. He was straight with me from the beginning and the story never changed. My case went exactly the way he told me it would, so I don't know what could be improved.
