The night started off good. It wasn't packed and drinks were decent, but still cool. I got kicked out and to get back at a customer, they charged me over double for my tab!!!! My friend and I both remember how many drinks we had and I was completely dshocked at the price. The place wasn't that great so I would expect the service to be that much better to any customers, but I guess not. I definitely don't reccommend this palce. There's so many better places to go to in St Louis.

HORRIBLE. HATED this bar BOTH times I've been there. Both times the bouncers have been ridiculous and complete tools. The bar tenders were nice and made good drinks but did not make up for the Douche-bag bouncers. Will never go back! EVER!

Great Place!. I love this place. Several years ago I went here for the 1st time. After I had only been that 1 time the bartender remembered me and my friend and talked to us and gave great, prompt service all night. She is still there to this day. Always a great place to meet new people. Great service, music, and drinks!! When I want a night out, this place is a no brainer. I have also been to the Soulard location and also love that location although I feel the service is more personable on the landing. The entire staff: bartenders and security are the best in St. Louis. Always familar faces, as they don't seem to have a prob with turn over rate with their staff, which is always good.

Nice beer garden. We had a great experience sitting on the beer garden and sharing 16 oz bottles with friends. The weather was great and waitress suggested getting the "cadillac" and was it was great. Others had the half priced appetizers for happy hour and the ones I snagged of mushrooms & wings were pretty tasty.

The inside was huge & empty during this nice day, but could see that it was more of a dance club.

WOST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! DO NOT GO HERE.... I booked a party for 10 here and it was a nightmare.. The waitress was good, but the manager had no idea what he was doing and got one of my friends arrested by lying to the police!! I bought a GROUPON and had a party for 10. Things started to go wrong when "the manager" tried charging me 10% sales tax on a $650 bill... I only paid $99 for the party and wasn't about to pay tax on something I didn't pay for ($650 worth of food and boose). The manager immediately began arguing with me and said, "You are going to pay this bill or I am calling the police". Me being hard-headed I told him to call the police. Cops show up and I told them, they said I only had to pay tax on the $99. He was so pissed that I was right... About 5 minutes later I told my friend what happened and he called Charles (the manager) an a..hole (which he was totally right) and the manager immediately had two bouncers put my friend in a chokehold and an armbar and took him to the ground. The manager then called the cops back to the bar and lied to the police telling them, "this guy threatened me... He said he was going to kick my butt outside..." which was a total lie!!!!!!! He ended up getting my friend arrested and he spent the night down at the city jail.. I will NEVER go back and WOULD NOT recommend that you do either!!

Cheap Drinks!. I just love Big Daddys. Its a great place to go to meet new people and all the bartenders are so nice and fast! I live far from the landing but i drive all the way out there almost every weekend just to go here. The dance floor is huge, drinks are cheap, and they play great music!

terrible night. I took my friend there for her bday, the bartender was straight rude, the beers were damn near 6 dallors, the music was likr being at a high school reunion. if ur freshly 21 yeah ll have a good time . they say they play dancing music but who dances to 70s and 80s music anymore, dont get me wrong im an 80s baby, but leave the 80s where they were. i felt like i should have brought my parents!! And the bartender was very rude and disrespectfull! If she doesnt like her job maybe she should quit or get fired. VERY unhappy. Big Daddys used to be fun. Now its a place for Older folks!!

Party Bar with a great happy hour. The surprise of this late night party bar is having happy hour on the patio.

I like the 1/2 priced appetizes and prices drinks before 7. The outside is great place to just hang out.

The weekend party has been getting a bit too crowded after 1.

Largest dance floor. I do like this place. Always seem to be fun once we get inside. Large dance floor with great mix of songs that keeps most of the women happy.

On the weekends, getting in is the problem. Always seems to be something so I have to make sure guys are not total idiots with sleevless or oversized shirts, for example. I do understand having to show up with ID, but not taking expired or non-driver ID is tough. We were even refused when we arrived because we were a bachelor party.

Sunday nights and "Happy Hour". Large open atmosphere inside the bar and outside on the tree shaded beer garden. (All the landing restaurants/bars have upgraded with the new casino, but this one is new). Half priced happy hour specials 4-7 Mon-Fri with great drinking food is the main draw during the day. Sun-Thur the bar always has some special on drinks till 3 a.m. (and until 11 p.m. Fri & Sat). Nightclub with a dance-retromix after 10 p.m Wed-Sun (HUGE dance floor). Sunday is a bonus night with half priced bugers till 10 plus cheap drinks and a DJ. WARNING!!! On the weekend nights the streets become pedestrain only and the police start checking I.D. of people (21+ of age only zone)
