Declining quality. This place can be very hit and miss in terms of quality. I have frequented the Creve Coeur location over the last several years and noticed their meats seem to be marbled with a lot more fat that in the past and their tomatoes are often more orange than red with the white in the middle.

They do a great business during the lunch hour......so much so that they get into assembly line mode. It works great for them but not as much for you when you have remnants of toppings from the peoples' subs around yours. What can be most frustrating at this location during the lunch hour is that you often have to talk over several people to communicate what you want on your sub as you are several feet away from the person making it. If you go outside of the lunch hour I have gotten much better service. If only they would bring back the higher quality in their meats......

At least the quality of their cookies, fountain drinks, and bags of chips are consistent.

Great Subs!. Authentic Philly Cheesesteaks and freshly sliced sandwiches make this place the best sub/salad to eat at! They also offer great catering deals and personalized box lunches.

oh so good. really fresh quality meat, good hot pepper relish, friendly staff. cant go wrong with anything on the menu.
