Best Gaming Store in the Area. Heroic Adventures offers a clean, relaxed environment for anyone to come in and play games, read comics or make new friends. The staff are very knowledgeable about comics and the different types of games found here and are always ready with suggestions. If you're interested in learning something new, it's easy to find someone willing to teach and you can try many of the games in store before you buy.

One of my favorite places to go because of the friendly environment and the new location makes it even better. Heroic also has very flexible hours, staying open till 10 or later on all nights so you always have time to find what you need.

Great Store. Heroic Adventures is the best, most well run gaming store Edwardsville has had in a long time. The store is clean and professionally done and the staff will order anything you want that they don't sell on their shelves already. The store sells toys, comics, board games, RPGS, Warhammer, Warhammer 40k, Warmachine and card games such as Magic the Gathering. They have planned events for their various games, support leagues and tournaments and provide a good place to play for gamers of all sorts.

THE place for games and comics. Heroic Adventures is my comic and game store. It has everything this long time gamer needs such as D&D, board games, and supplies. I have special ordered items with the owner and he has go out-of-his way to make sure I got the item or knew the status of my order. Top notch service.

The staff also pulled me back into comics and graphic novels. I had forgotten the fun.

The store is very comfortable and clean. It definitely does NOT have that creepy comic book store feeling some places have.

Finally, the new location is superb. Sandwiched (yummy Jimmy Johns) between Bully's and Nori's, Heroic Adventures is ready for your family's night out.

The Place to go for Fun and Friends. If you are looking for a great place to hang out with friends and play games, or to shop for comics, games and gaming supplies, you can't go wrong with Heroic Adventures in Edwardsville IL. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the stock is varied and ever-changing, and if they don't carry an item, they can order it for you. The store is clean, the location is great (surrounded by many great restaurants) and there are weekly events for many of your favorite games incuding Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, Dungeons and Dragons and Pokemon. Come to Heroic Adventures and let the fun begin!!!!

Awesome Store. Heroic stocks or special orders anything you need, and has plenty of room with four tables in the back to play. The miniature gaming (warmachine, warhammer, warhammer 40k, etc...) crowd in there is friendly, and the staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. I've been going there since they opened (2-3 years now) and have nothing but good things to say about the place. The icing on the cake is that they are right nextdoor to a top notch sushi bar.

Heroic Adventures. To put it simply, the best gaming store I've ever been to. I am a repeat customer due to there friendly staff and clean environment. They have a wide selection of board games Warhammer supplies, Pathfinder RPG, and Dungeons and Dragons supplies as well as comics and toys. The best things about them are the free and clean gaming area, and the fact that if they don't have what you're looking for, talk to the owner, and he'll order it for you.

A great place to shop and play.. I like browsing at Heroic Adventures because it has a pleasant, open atmosphere. I like board games and RPG's and the selection is very good and the owner orders things that I can't find on the shelf. I enjoy the gaming area and playing the demo games for free also.

They do lots of events and have something going on almost every evening.

I stop in about once a week. I also have a comic pull list and it's very reliable.
