great place.... I had a much different experience than the previous poster. My time there was awesome. I was able to play poker on the trivia setups they had and always had a cold beer in front of me. I'm not a big wing eater, but I must say, these are some of the best ones I have ever had and am now finding myself wanting to go back for them. The bartenders, i say plural because I was there during their "shift change", so I got two different girls this particular visit, were awesome. Very interactive with their guests, and always attentive to their needs. I loved the fact that I could watch football, hockey, and basketball all at the same time! I asked a manager for a particular game, and he immediately helped me out and put it on a television close to where I was sitting. Overall my particular visit could be summed up in one word: amazing! I would recommend going here in a heartbeat. Keep up the good work BWW!

Worst service imaginable. This is the WORST BWW in St. Louis. I tried to give it 0 stars, but it wouldn't let me.

Me and my co-workers (all female) went to this location for a friend's birthday 2 weeks ago. We had a waitress named Jessica. The service was horribly slow. We sat there for 1/2 an hour before she bothered to come speak to us, then it took almost an hour to get beer and wings. Ridiculous. She never once came over to ask if we were alright or if we needed a refill or another beer. NEVER.

During this time, she had another table of all men who she gave awesome service to. She checked on them every few minutes, stood there and flirted and absolutely doted on them.

We complained to a manager and she got mad, so she coerced the men at her other table to get in a verbal altercation with us.

The following Thursday, we went back and we had a different waitress. Jessica was there that night and got into a verbal fight with my friends.

The management took NO action to correct this outrageous situation. Go to the one on 5th street. The service there is great.
