Roto-Rooter Brentwood. Almost two weeks ago now we had to call the plumbers at Roto-Rooter Brentwood when our washing machine flooded about 60% of our home. It started the night before when we discovered that the washing machine had kept running when the interior floor drain had a clog which caused the water to back up into the house. It was a total mess! Most of the evening was spent sucking up the water with a shop vac.

The next morning when we all started to take showers, the water once again started to back up into the house, I knew at this point that we HAD to call Roto-Rooter. Kevin, our tech, was at the house within 30 minutes, much to my amazement. Kevin snaked all of our lines, clearing the clog, and also discussed ways to prevent this from happening in the future. Pipe Shield is one of the products that we purchased to help keep culprits like soap scum from building up and contributing to clogs.

We are finally back in the house and can wash clothes and take showers without the fear of this happening all over again. Even more, we have a six month service guarantee, which adds to our peace of mind!

Good help for wet basements. It has been raining off and on for weeks in St. Louis, and we have had standing water on our newly painted basement floor. Finally it occurred to us that the sewer must be blocked and we called Roto-Rooter. To our surprise they said they would be here in an hour -- we were thinking it might take a few days. The serviceman, Shawn, was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did a terrific job, the sewer is unclogged and there is now no more water in our basement. We will always call on Roto-Rooter when we need the services of a plumber.

Roto-Rooter on Easter Sunday. I can't tell everyone how surprised and satisfied I am with Roto-Rooter. I called with a calamity on Easter Sunday expected to be given an appointment days in advance. Instead, Andy arrived in less than 2 hours, fixed one problem and found another...before I could freak out, he had contacted the plumber Dan who was at my home within 30 minutes. Dan not only fixed the leak, he fully cleaned the basement floor of the big mess.

Everyone from the operator, to Andy to Dan was courteous, kind, helpful and amazingly responsive. Although the problems were substantial, they were fixed in time for me to shower, dress and make my dinner engagement with time to spare.

Thanks Roto-Rooter. Nice to know there is still a company out there with integrity and superb .customer service.

rotr-rooter plummers 04-19-11. Jim came right in and started to work. He quoted the price and went to work and work he did. He was just great ,helpful, and knew what to do to fix our drain. I will definately use them again

PUT YOUR PLUMBING WORRIES TO REST .... Roto-Rooter did a fabulous job start to finish. Upstairs tub drain pipes separated - essentially draining bath tub into the ceiling ! Yep disaster.

I called Roto-Rooter in the am and they had someone at my house in a1/2 hour. Don assessed the problem and had knowledge and expertise to replace drain pipes in hours. He was very pleasant, did a great job and we have the bathroom back in commission. Yeah



I think I saw his ' Good Guy" cape as he was leaving - Thanks very much - I won't worry a second about any future plumbing concern - I know who to call - Roto Rooter.
