I had a Groupon for Renew Med Spa, but was switched to The Face Company. The Groupon was for 6 treatments. I used it for my upper lip. I'm not at all satisfied with the results. The hairs are growing back after 6 treatments. I was told on my last treatment that 6 was no longer enough for the upper lip and that I should purchase more. Though dissatisfied with my results, the office was always clean and the staff was friendly.

I visited The Face Company for my first laser hair removal last week. I purchased a Groupon deal recently. The staff was absolutely amazing. Very clean and through. I truly appreciate their honesty! My groupon was for my upper lip. During my initial consultation, the lady I met with, Teresa, noted that the hairs did not have enough color for a satisfactory result. She allowed me to switch to my underarms instead. She felt I would be much more pleased with treating that area. The machines they used did not hurt at all! I can't wait to add more areas on my next visit

So here I am a guy with a Groupon for my Hairy Back! Slightly embarrassing. The staff at The Face Company were exceptional in making me feel very comfortable as a guy getting treatments in a typical lady setting. The facility is very clean and my laser technician that treated me was very informational. I believe her name was Lauren or Laura. Highly recommend for the guys! You will feel very comfortable in a place that is for the guys and gals!

Don't listen to Susan K! The Face Company is a wonderful company. Yes, they are located in the old Clayton business building, but the office, while on the small side, is very clean. The staff is also very professional, friendly, and able to answer all the question I have asked. I am currently getting treatments from laser hair removal on three areas (legs, brazilian, and underarm). They have the latest laser technology and equipment that is virtually pain free. I just had my 4th treatment today with the new laser and COULDN'T even feel it! I am also seeing great results. I would recommend The Face Company to ANYONE and EVERYONE!!!

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!. Well, i recently bought a groupon and i should have known. the place is in a dingy building , old and stuffy!!

The offices look like they just threw something together . The staff resemble the throw a ways from all the other great laser hair place in Saint louis. Not clean! Didn't even feel anything when they did my treatment. The lady that seemed like she was in charge, Kim, just talked a lot and rambled but didn't' seem to really know anything at all. Seemed really fake. Would not recommend. If you go to Groupon and complain, they will credit you the money back so you can invest in another place.

A facial that really works!!!. ok so I bought a coupon off livingsocial forgot about it until # days B4 it expired so glad the angel that goes by the name KIM at thefacecompany took me in with 0 hesitation ..That peel with the free lazer thrown in miracle.The best!!! ever and my skin has been glowingsince..Sending as many people your way as possible..
