Best BBQ in St. Louis.
It's a tiny little place and the staff can be somewhat grumpy, but if you are out that way you have to try it. The portions are huge. The ribs are great. They put coleslaw on the pork and I didn't know, but I have since asked for it without. Great food. There are only about 4 chairs, so it's definitely a takeaway type place, but if you can last in the car without eating it before getting it home to the family, you are a better person than I am!

Best BBQ in St. Peters....Possibly STL....
I was a skeptic, but this place actually is pretty great. At first I thought the price for one sandwich was a little crazy...especially with no side included. I am willing to forget the price due to the quality and portion. I tried both the pork and the beef. I was impressed. For my taste, I like a little more of a smokey flavor, but that isn't enough to keep me from coming back. You don't see many small BBQ places last in the St. Louis area. It is great to see one hanging in there for 5 years so far.

Refreshing, but not Memorable.
I can understand keeping things simple, but sometimes simple can be a deal beaker if what you have isn't memorable. The ribs were tender but not juicy, may have been overcooked, which is why they pulled easily away from the bone. They only offer coleslaw, baked beans, & potatoe salad, and I tried the coleslaw (A++++) and the Potatoe Salad ( C at best). Cole slaw was creamy and very tasty, and made a great addition to making a sandwhich or eating the ribs alone. The potatoe salad didn't have much flavor and was more like lumpy mashed potatoes with relish bits in it. I'd recommend you try them, especially if you live in St. Charles, but I couldn;'t see traveling just to get some of ribs. Overal C+
