Tips for Padda Institute Center For Laser And Aesthetic Medicine

The Padda Institute has been an awesome experience. Erica is my tech, and she is great. It is the quickest appointments I go to, and she is super friendly. Very pleased with the results, and it never hurts.

Awesome Place. I went and got a microlaser peel there and had absolutely NO problem. They do go over the procedure there and what side effects could happen. They are very professional and i would recommend them to everyone. I got the groupon for the peel because i have been going for hair removal and i love it at Padda. I feel like the only people that write on these blogs are the unhappy in life people who never have a good thing to say. SO im on here to say they are great!

I had a micro laser peel done at the Padda Institute. I was a horrible experience. My face swelled until my eyes were almost completely shut. My skin is still red, irritated and itchy 5 days later. I have had to go see my own medical doctor who has put me on a round of prednisone and cortisone creams to control the reaction. I've had already missed 2 days of work. Not the experience they led me to believe would happen. Dr. Padda and the staff were completely unconcerned about my situation and even stated I had signed a release, so it really wasn't their problem anymore. They refused to help me or give my money back. My biggest concern is that no after care was available and that is a huge problem when things go wrong and they can. That's why they make you sign the consent form and release them from any liability. . This place has no medical ethics. Find a real doctor if you want a micro laser peel; one that will be there for your procedure and afterwards if you need them. This place is all about the money not the patient.

I am extremely pleased with Padda Institute. I have been coming here for laser hair removal and the girls are great. The facility is very clean and beautiful. The techs there are very professional and know what they are doing. I can't wait until my next visit.

happyhappyhappyguy... happy nomore. "I SO want to be able to give the Padda Institute a good review because the staff and nurse practitioners there are amazing! The problem is with Dr. Padda himself. He is very unpleasant and always running hours, not just 1/2 hour, but like 2 hours behind schedule. The treatment he provided me did help with my pain, but I just could not overlook his ugly disposition and attitude. I understand doctors are busy, but that does not justify treating a patient like they are a nuisance. At my last visit I waited close to three hours only to be seen by him for, honestly, 2 minutes. He has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen (and I was a nurse for 10 years). After several visits I just couldn't tolerate it anymore and have transferred to a new pain clinic. I had to drive from IL to see him and leave work early only to wait hours and that was not acceptable to me (and was beginning to cause conflict at work). My time is just as valuable as his. As I said, the staff and nurse are wonderful. It is just Dr. Padda himself...not a great guy. If you can overlook the bad bedside manner you will likely be very happy there. I unfortunantely could not overlook it."

EXACTLY my experience too... went there long time... even I couldn't be happy after waiting forEVER to be seen by grumpy (the sadistic?) dwarf. I found a new pain doc named Stynowich and OMG I am so lucky to have him. He is so gentle compared to padda and personable too with time for his patients. Don't wait a year to find a good doc go now and see what good pain management is! happyhappyhappyguy is HAPHAPHAPPY again!

Not a good place. I had some laser hair removal done here and I will never do it again.. the people there aren't very caring at all and they were in a hurry all the time.. plus it didn't work very well in the area treated even though I went for 12 sessions. I also had some laser hair removal in Texas and that was such an amazing experience. Minimal hair regrowth. Going to Padda was very painful and I was very disappointed with the result. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Laser doesn't really work. Okay, so before I couldn't get an appointment, but when I finally did the service was okay. The girls were nice enough, they were quick, and explained everything. The treatment didn't really work well. I had hair removel done 10 years ago in TX, and it was great. I had 3 or 4 treatments on dark hair (underarms) and it was gone for about 4 years... should have gotten a yearly touch up. But, after 4 treatments with the laser they use and it's been 2 months since my last treatment and about 3/4's of the hair has grown back. I'm not too impressesd. Maybe the laser wasn't strong enough, it didn't really hurt (like the one in TX), but wasn't very effective. Check out other places.

Really good experience. I just came to this place for my first treatment of hair removal and it was very pleasant. The technician was very informative and very sweet. The office was very clean and put together. I am looking forward to my next session. My technician did inform me that it will take several treatments to get the best result and after one treatment some of the hair will be gone and some will still be growing she went into detail on why this would happen and I thought that was very professional. Great experience overall!
