Crooks! Total Crooks!. They owe me over $3000.00 from a bed deal. These guys will lie, cheat and steal without thinking twice about it. Run their names and you'll see what kind of people they truly are. They have a convicted felon (for fraud) running the place. I wonder if his probation officer knows what he's doing.

TERRIBLE PLACE. I BOUGHT A BED THROUGH A WIRE TRANSFER FROM THIS PLACE BACK IN OCTOBER. THE BED CAME DAMAGED SO I SENT IT BACK, I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED A REFUND. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND OF WIRING THIS PLACE YOU MONEY!

disappointed customer. I am very disappointed with Solanatech. Their sales people are misleading and their technicians are unable to complete jobs. It took 4 visits to have my beds delivered and their excuses were ridiculous. Their techs made 4 trips out to hook up timers and were unable to complete the job which delayed my salon opening for 5 days. I had to continually call them when they wouldn't show up and no one would answer or return my calls. I had to hire an independent tech to finish the install. ( which cost about 600.00) They make promises which they are incapable of keeping. I still do not have all the parts for my Mystic and have had to ask for them repeatedly. The beds were not detailed and in the shape they promised. Buyer beware.

Horrible product and even worse customer service!. I would never deal with this company again, they lied, will not stand behind there product, refuse to refund my money, cussed me like a dog and now won't take my calls.

Perfect!!!. It's a pleasure to business with people that deliver what you expect. The best way to describe the girls at Solanatech is "Under Promise and Over Deliver". I purchased several units from Solanatech in October, They are FABULOUS.......The installers really new what they were doing and Professional....That's an understatement.....Thanx for the great Job Guys......Linda & CeCe...You're the Best!

Very happy with their customer service and product. I purchased two tanning beds from Ann at Solanatech and she was very helpful. I was worried because I had to do everything over the phone/email due to me living in NY and the company being in MO but everything they said was honest. I purchased the beds at a great price and the condition & quality was amazing. I will go back to Solanatech because they truly deliver what they say their going to deliver.

New Customer/Salon Owner. The sales and support team are exceptional !! excellent customer service from start to finish. My sales person, Nathan was very knowledgeable, helpful in educating me in the right beds for my new Salon. Set-up went smooth and was very professional, I was up and running for business the next day. Can't say enough about SolanaTech International, they are the best! Thanks to all.

Excellent Customer Service. Very Very Pleased with the results we received from Solanatech. Knowledgable, courtious and professional. They truly cared about my needs and delivered the resluts our salon desired. Their "Marketing Package" is fabulous. We now have our own custom brand of lotion, that has gone over so well we have re ordered. The banners and concert tickets we a suprise. Who'd a thought that concert ticket passes for a free tan would do so well.Karla
