Bartenders hate their customers-managers allow it.
Tried to eat at the bar. Our bartender was a blond lady with too much eye shadow...who clearly was pissed off to be waiting on people. Asked for some water...it was obvious that this was just too much to ask for. Bread...it was "coming"..as soon as it came out of the oven...where was the oven...in another time zone?
Over priced. Over rated. Not worth the time it takes to park.
Decadent cheesecakes and classic American cuisine makes this a popular chain.. In Short Faux-rustic finishes and colorful light fixtures abound at this almost always crowded chain. The thick-as-a-book menu features Americanized versions of worldly cuisines--Mexican, Vietnamese, Italian, Thai--but succeeds best with American classics. Burgers are a good choice, especially the ""Roadside Sliders,"" mini burgers served as appetizers. The myriad cheesecakes are over-the-top in concept and decadence. You'll leave full, with leftovers.
