nice guy that came to snake our sewer - too expensive!!!

Roto-router responded quickly and tried to unclogg the drain. They couldn't , and said that they needed to install an new clean out as the old one was frozen shut. They advised that it would be $700.00. This sounded VERY high for the work to be done, I discussed the price with the service men, but they held firm. I declined and they did not charge anything for the call. This was all good except for the propice. I called another service who quoted $300.00 for the same work, came out quickly and charged $287.00 to install the new clean out and unclog the drain. $313.00 Savings!!!!!!!!!! Why do companies have to be so greedy?

I am very pleased with this company and would recommend it to anyone. The service was quick, friendly & professional. I called for a plumber around 10:30 and my garbage disposal was fixed by noon. I am very pleased with the service Roto-Rooter provided me with on Wed., Dec. 5th, 2012. Michael arrived within an hour of my phone call. He was pleasant and went directly to check my plumbing problem. As a plumber, he checked out my problem and went to work clearing up my clog drain. I am 72 years old, and worried about my problem and within an hour my problem in St Louis, Missouri had been corrected. Thanks again Roto-Rooter, and my plumber Michael. I would refer Roto-Rooter to anyone.

I contacted Roto-Rooter yesterday morning at 11:00 am or so to help clear a clog in our basement sink. At 7:30 pm last night, no one had yet to show up. Because it was getting so late and because I have a family, I called and requested that someone come this morning. And someone from Roto-Rooter did show up to fix the clog this morning at 8:15 am. The person who did come this morning was very polite and prompt in fixing the problem. I appreciated their help- just a little disappointed that it took so long to have the help show up. But I do understand how busy providing these types of services can be. Thanks for your help, Roto-Rooter!

I called Roto-Rooter just to look through my pipes to see if there were any breaks. They sent out a guy named Josh. He was extremely professional and said that we would need to flush out a pipe to see what was going on with it. The cool thing about it was that even though it was going to take a while for that guy to show Josh waited and showed me what it looked like after it was done. A friend of mine will be doing the plumbing work and Josh answered all of his questions and offered some advice. Even though it ended up costing me a lot of money the peace of mind that I got from Josh far outweighs the cost of flushing out that pipe. Thanks!

They were prompt and completed the job successfully. We had our washing machine drain pipe overflow. The technician cleaned it out as well as performed maintenance on our main line at our request. He cleaned up the worksite after he was finished. We are extremely satisfied and would recommend this service.

Yesterday our sewer backed up into our basement because we have a flat drain line so I called out Roto rooter. They were their with in 1 hour no joke. They arrived and fixed it with no issues. They were very clean and i cant stress that enough. I mean they didn't track any dirt into the house and they laid down tarps before setting up their equipment. The employee even gave my grandmother a senior citizen discount witch was a big help. We have used them several times times in the past always getting top notch service. They have even told us ways to keep the line from clogging so fast to help us until we can afford to have the drain line fixed for good. I can tell you this I will be calling roto-rooter to replace the sewer line once I get enough cash. Theirs no way I would go with anyone else . Thank you roto-rooter.
