happy customer. I had a floor drain in the basement that was slow enought to back up when the washing machine drained. Roto-rooter came in the confirmed time frame. The plumber kept booties on his feet and the wheels of his equipment the whole time. He had the drain open in no time and left no mess. Roto-Rooter 5/14/12. The technicians from Roto-Rooter are welcome at my house any Mother's Day weekend - - only next time as guests!! We never expected drain problems to put a damper on our Mother's Day brunch, but thanks to plumbers Dan and Carl, we were able to stick to our plans. They were both professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable, which gave us the confidence that their advice was in our best interest and the appropriate service was being rendered.
