Nasty Receptionist

I recently called to make an appointment for myself at this particular salon. I had read the reviews and was pretty excited about finding a place to get my haircut. When I called to make my appointment the lady at the front desk was not very rude to me. She cut me off while I was speaking to ask me questions and made it seem as if I was in her way. When I hung up the phone I was very upset by her rude behavior. I am not looking forward to my appointment anymore, in fact, i plan on canceling it. Immediately.
