I Love the friendliness of the owners & how neat the store is, they have some policy on returns posted all around the store make sure & read them so as not to have confusion I noticed a young lady very upset because she couldn't return a wig because her husband didn't like it which I found to strange because nothing as intimate as a wig would ever be returnable

HaHa. As the hired goon spoken of in the previous review I would like to state that all policies are posted & in plain view as is standard practice in all legitimate business'. As is also common with disagreements there is often not a meeting of the minds, it is the policy & right of the store owners to indiscriminately enforce their establishments policies as is also customary in all legitimate business. Sorry for your experience.

Would not go back there- ever. I was a customer that frequently shopped at this store when it first opened. The service was great until i had a problem with merchandise bought there. Previously i had spent hundreds of dollars in this store and was disgusted with response i received when i brought problem to attention of owner. He laughed as if something was funny- as if he had gotten over with getting my money and was pleased to say he was not giving any refunds. Not only did i not ask for a refund, but only was seeking an exchange that request fell on deaf ears. Funny that he became completely mute when his hired black woman came over in an intimidating manner to rectify the situation. I was highly offended as a black woman that this owner would employ another black woman to serve as security/ extremely loud mouthpiece/ hired goon in order to handle any sort of conflict no matter how small and/ or follow around customers.
