These guys are so FAIL. These guys did a 'no call, no show' on me twice! The second time the owner; Dick (perfect name for this guy) said he'd give me a discount and come out himself to supervise.. Never showed and wouldn't answer my calls afterwards.

Crooks. I had a windshield installed and the person who put it in glued on the wrong fitting for the mirror. The original mirror could not be mounted. Unfortunately I did not know this until I went to snap on the mirror. Dick obviously screens his calls and refuses to return calls to anyone with a problem. These People are crooks. The supposed company address at 8360 Commercial Boulevard Pevely, does not exist. Pevely City officials have never heard of them before. If there was a rating of less than one star they would get it.

Owner (Dick) has terrible customer service.
When calling to ask for a break down of an invoice, the owner was very rude and raising his voice at me. Why would a business owner yell at a customer? The bill was already paid, I just wanted an explanation.
I would never do business with someone who made me feel as unconfortable as this guy did. I wouldn't think he had my best interest in mind at any time.
