Great off-the-beaten-track Italian. Tucked down a side street. Yet the locals know it's there. Great service. Great food. Great Italian dining. And if you want a great steak downtown, go to Carmine's.

one of the best in St. Louis. This is one of my all-time favorite places to eat not only in St. Louis, but anywhere. The veal dishes are the best, great appetizers, wonderful wine pairings, best place to go and celebrate!

Wonderful dinner; wonderful atmosphere. I had a great meal there just last night. The deep fried Raviolis are the best I've ever eaten. Very attententive wait staff, good atmosphere; decent wine list. Overal a great place to dine and I really don't believe it is pricey. Try it you'll love it!

AMAZING TOASTED RAVIOLIS. I had never been to Lombardo's until I started dating somebody from there. Fancy food had never been something I was interested in but after having food from there, my mind was changed immensely. Lombardo's has a great staff and amazing food.

Happy birthday to me. I loved this place. I went for a romantic dinner on my birthday. It did not disappoint me. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the service was excellent and the quality of food just "iced my cake". I would recommend this for a nice evening. The valet service is a plus.

Wonderful for Special Occassions. The food is excellent. We always order steak well done and when it is brought to the table it is good to perfectiion, still moist and enjoyable. The staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for your dining pleasure. A little pricey for some but for us it is worth every dollar we spend. Love the atmosphere, the food and the general dining experience. We have even taken our granddaughter when she was little (3 to 5) and the staff treated her with the same courtesy they showed the rest of the members of the party. This is a nice change from some of the other finer dining locations in St. Louis. She reacted to the atmosphere in the restaurant like a young lady sitting quietly at the table and enjoying her meal. Give them a try and you will be hooked for life. Thanks to everyone on staff for making the dining experience one you look forward to repeating.

Perfect spot for romantic or special occasions. My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency at Union Station, and this is next door in the Drury Inn. We went for her birthday, and we loved it! She ordered the prime rib, rare, which was as tender as could be -- melted in her mouth. I had a portobello mushroom appetizer, about the size of a large hamburger, served on a bed of spinach, and seasoned perfectly. Even the espresso is great. Very dark lighting was overcome by superb atmosphere and an outstanding wait staff. We had no reservations, (recommended but not required), but were seated immediately, and they treated her birthday without singing in front of all the patrons. High-class, and priced to match. We spent $80.00 for 2 entrees, an appetizer, 2 specialty drinks, and a dessert. Worth every penny.

On a par with anything on the Hill. I love going to the hill, but honestly, Lombardos outdoes most everything else in St. Louis. Everything is great, and I'm especially fond of the gorgonzola filet, the dirty martinis, and the stuffed calamari. And great music on Saturday nights, too.

I Recommend the Seafood Linguini. I've eatin various things at Lombardo's, from their Turkey Club, to their St Louis Style Pizza. This evening I ate the Linguini Seafood which comes with Clams, Shrimp, Scallops, and Crabmeat. It had plenty of seafood, which is how I judge my seafood pastas. The price was reasonable. I also ordered a Lombardo's House salad, which is supposed to have onions, artichokes, cheese and tomato. Somehow they forgot all the toppings and just gave me lettuce. Considering it was a $5 salad I wanted my toppings. They quickly replaced it. Overall, good food, somewhat expensive. Nice atmosphere.

One of a kind. You have to try to flash fried spinach at Lombardo's! It is unique and delicious. I never visit St. Louis without dining at Lombardo's and I'm never disappointed. I've recommended it to many fellow travelers and they agree that Lombardo's is a great dining experience.
