I was very impressed with the professionalism and overall experience of this entire shop. When my Acura TL was involved in an accident I was stressed out and very disappointed. To be honest, I dreaded the thought of the repair process and didn't think my car would ever be the same again. But then I met with Gene Staat and his team at Ernie Patti Collision Center. They assured me things would be fine, walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. They assisted me with getting into a rental and made the process more than bearable. Not only was my car repaired on time, it looked and drove as if nothing ever happened. My TL was like new and had been cleaned inside and out. These guys did an amazing job and made me feel informed and comfortable through the entire process. I hope I do not need body repair ever again, but if I do then Ernie Patti is where I will go!

I just got my car back after $5000 worth of damage from someone running a red light & hitting me. Ernie patti did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them! I like their name too! ;-)

I've taken my vehicle to Ernie Patti Collsion many times, both for collision repair as well as engine repair. I've always had a great experience. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and go above an beyond to assure that I am happy with the work. They communicate with me directly through the entire process. It's the only place I go and trust knowing I'll always be taken care of no matter what my needs are.

Beware before going here!!! I have had the worst time working with this place as they royally messed my car up after they allegedly fixed it. The manager Josh attempted to intimidate me and I felt unsafe at a point. Of course they are trying to say the white paint sprayed on my car was there prior to me bringing it there, but thankfully pictures prove otherwise! Please think long and hard before using this place!! Also, you will see that one of these reviews is from Gene Staat. He is the manager/owner of Ernie Patti!! This is the deception they use!! BEWARE!!!

Thanks for the integrity.. Our son and his wife were stranded in St Louis with a mechanical problem with his 99 Civic. We thought it was a transmission failure - it turned out to only be a blown fuse. Thanks to the team for the good diagnosis and integrity and for taking care of our son (who is just getting ready to deploy to Afghanistan - was training at Ft. Leonard Wood near St. Louis). I would highly recommend Ernie Patti.
