hate that new "call center" - always on hold- never a person. I can't see myself continuing to donate to a place that WASTED monies on a call center conversion that doesn't work when I need to reach a live person for vet care. 314-951-1590 They are aware that there are problems, but have not changed it. Maybe their goal is to keep you on permanent hold!
