Roto Rooter. The basement drain backed up on New Years Day and once I called RR, they were here within the hour. Keith came in and explained everything and got it to drain. Unfortunately, my line had broken and there were a ton of roots in the line. Keith recommended getting the line scoped to see what it looked like and how that problem should be addressed. Within another 15 minutes, Carl was scoping the line. He showed me all the roots and helped me with the next steps. Since I live in the county, they are responsible for fixing the lateral line. Carl helped me fill out the nessecary paperwork for the county and he will submit it even. Both guys that came out were very courteous and helpful. Whenever a plumber is needed in St Louis, I would easily recommend Roto Rooter and these two gentlemen.…
