Very poor business dealings. FYI. St. Louis BBB give this company an F. Same complaints there that we have; doesn't keep appointments. doesn't honor maintenance agreement purchased. Repair is made but appliance still doesn't work.

Lesco did a good job connecting the icemaker in our refrigerator, and then Bill mentioned that they also do HVAC maintenance. We signed up for a year, and the fall startup of the heating system went pretty well. Unfortunately, we have had nothing but trouble with Bill and Lesco this Spring. For some unknown reason, he schedules appointments and fails to show up. He rarely answers his phone, and offers no apology or explanation for wasting our time. He has never returned a call.

If there is something that you need done, and Lesco can do it, go find someone else, and you will be glad you did. No company deserves to stay in business with such disrespect for customers' time. Don't be fooled by the recording on the voice mail; this company is neither honest or service-oriented.

Bad Service - Out of State Should Have Known. This company is the worst and will rip you off, we live in South St. Louis County and this company came up on a search, well I should have searched or researched them more. I was taken and you will be to if you use this company. Check www.bbbonline dot com this is the BBB website and this company rates a solid F!

such knowledgable service technicians. I called Lesco to fix the ice maker in my fridge and while they were there I asked if they repaired wine coolers. Not only did Bill fix the ice maker he also fixed my wine cooler. He was professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. It was well worth the money to have a knowledgeable repairman fix not only one item but 2 on the same service call!!!

Awesome customer service. I am new to the area and had a problem with my washing machine and called Lesco appliance and made an appointment. They arrived on time which was a big plus diagnosed my washing machine came back and installed parts on the same day...bravo bravo 2 thumbs up! I recommend them to everyone

Thanks Lesco. I called Lesco to come out to fix my dryer, they arrived explained what w as wrong honored their special on the website and gave me a fair price fixing my dryer in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely call Lesco again

great repair men. I hired Lesco to perform maintaince on my furnace and air conditioner. They arrived on time for the appointment the serviceman was very professional he performed the maintenaceon my furnace and AC at a reasonable price. I bought a maintenace plan with Lesco so that they will automatically perform maintenance on my unit two to three times a year.

Would recommend this company to my friends. I called Lesco Appliances to fix my dishwasher, the technician was polite and honest about the parts needed to fix the problem. I was expecting the worst and it wound up not being an expensive fix. Bill had to order the part and came back and fixed the dishwasher 2 days later.

outstanding service. i had a problem with my subzero refrigerator hand two other company's out to my home spent several hundred dollars and still wasn't fixed properly... contacted lesco appliance. bill came out diagnosed problem order the parts came back a few days later installed parts and refrigerator is like new...... thank you lesco....i will tell all my friends and family about your company

Great Job. Jim came out to fix my washer and he done a great job. It took them 4 days to come back out and repair it but they had to get the part.Thanks
