AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Having had trouble in the past with incomplete orders via take out, I was skeptical to order again but my kids insisted. Thie pizza is hit or miss, sometimes good othertimes toppings seem dry and crust mealy. Picked up order tonight, came home realizing they forgot something YET AGAIN....drove back to awful customer service who never appologized. My wings came completely without sauce and they said they knew the problem when making the wings. Why sell them to me and send me home with them if you knew the order was incorrect and lacking? Got a refund and will never order from Philly's again. Other visits included salads with old, brown lettuce, overcooked pizza, missing items from order upon pick-up/delivery, and terrible customer service. So sad this is all Marthasville has to offer.
