Agreed...avoid...they gave me a room with a bad AC they said we knew you'd be down here cuz that AC don't work most the time...they changed my room immediately but still I mean WTF???

Best in the area. This hotel is the best in the area. The rooms are clean, with new furnishings. The pool area is the best and biggest pool area of all hotels in O'Fallon. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Definately not a place to stay. While the lobby area was clean, there were ants in our room, the elevator was a gamble - it stopped on the floor it wanted, and would stall. And the pool area was constantly dirty - the pool clouded, and the smell of chlorine so strong it…
