Horrible Experience!!!. Horrible Experience! Appointments were not kept, Over Charged on Fee's, Trainers very rude and intrusive- Took a full month before the new client service person Joanne kept her appt and met with me, Spoke with Johnny and another client service person they could not get the paper work in order. Paperwork was never sent to the Corporate office so the fees were not correct and was overcharge by almost $500, Trainer canceled appt's, When working on weights or equipment I had various trainers(on more than one occasion) ask "how long are going to be" then sit or stand waiting with their client while you try to finish your set. I have spent 2 months trying to get the payment/fee situation corrected. I have talked with the Mgr Greg McCarthy & Colleen in Corporate Accounting since 10/14 to try and resolve this matter without success. My next step is to speak with the Corporate Member Account Manager. Of course I have cancelled my membership.

Scary women's locker room. Was in the women's locker room recently and there was this woman who works at a news station using her cell phone. Have no idea if she was recording the conversations in the locker room or taking pictures.

Great way to spend an afternoon. I got one of the spa packages, which took about 3.5 hours. The body massage was amazing and I will definitely be returning for more. The facial was nice, as well. The pedicurist/manicurist was a little sloppy with the polish and it was pretty minimal, but still enjoyable. The overall ambience was relaxing. The facility was clean. They didn't seem rushed and wouldn't hurry you to the next station like they do at some spas. Overall it was a great experience and I will be returning for many more massages and facials!! I will probably stick to my regular place for pedis and manis - its less money and I think they do a slightly better job.

Aaaaaaahhhhhhh...... Very relaxing atmosphere and great staff. In particular, Regina the pedicurist is a wonder. I've never felt so relaxed and pampered.

In addition to the fitness club paraphernalia--pool, exercise equipment, aerobic rooms--the facility also offers day spa treatments that concentrate on both indulgence and wellness. You can hire a personal trainer to get you going and keep you moving or make use of group fitness classes. Memberships are available.

The Services
If you sign up for one of the spa's many package treatments, you'll also be able to avail yourself of the many other amenities: pool, sauna, steam room, lockers, robe, slippers and such. Or try a few things a la carte, such as an herbal tea wrap, exfoliating body scrub, radiance uplift facial, thalassotherapy, or an herbal hand and/or food treatment.

Most relaxing massage. Recently went for a pregnancy massage and pedicure. This was the most relaxing massage I've ever had. Loved it. Everyone was very friendly. And the prices are the best in St. Louis.
