After booking the room for a total of $79, I was shocked to find on my bank statement that they charged me $140!!!!! WTF? The rooms werent that clean to begin with and the staff looked like they were held hostage. I only have one recomendation here, that whoever manages this dump of a hotel should look into a local fast food joint for future employment, they might be more suited for that, just maybe. I honestly think that as long as people keep dumping money in their machines, they couldnt care less how the stay was! I will be updating this review with the reasoning for the grossly exaggerated overchange. If they were honest with me up front about the room charges, I would be yelling BEWARE OF DUMP!!!

Pros: Extremely reasonable rate

Cons: Extremely reasonable rate increases AFTER you stay!

We stayed at Harrah's while in town for a Cardinal game. The rooms were nice, the casino clean and well arranged. The employees - save one- were very friendly, particularly charming was a woman at the Total Rewards window. A woman in the coffeeshop was border-line rude - didn't particularly speak English well and acted like it was a big favor to wait on me. As mentioned before, the parking isn't great. You'd better pack a lunch on a Saturday night to get you from your car to the front door. But all in all, a fun place to stay.

Harrah's is a must if you are heading out to gamble. I think they have the best games, cheapest drinks, and the best entertainment in the area.

Pros: Clean, Hip Crowd

Cons: Roulette tables crowded

Great casino. Lots of games available. Good payouts. Make sure to join the players club for free stuff. Seems like they always have something extra in the way of entertainment going on here also. Parking on the weekends is tough, long line for valet parking then.

Pros: Variety, Dining Options

Cons: Parking
