I decided about a year ago to switch stylists. The person who was doing my hair seemed to not want to style my hair. when i go to a salon i want the works with the salon. I called numerous places and was only comfortable with seasons. Brandy does my hair and makes it look like i want it to. i have never gotten a bad haircut, color, or style from her. my sister and i got manicures and i found the girls to be friendly. as far as the price goes it is a little pricier but is worthit to me,and is not that much more than what i was already paying.

Pros: knowledgeable

Cons: pricey if you care

my friend and i tried this on a whim and on my god where we amazed! we had 2 nail techs --tammy and hope---that were very informed, friendly and up to date on the latest fads, trends, and cleanliness. i have been to another day spa off of telegraph---and was not happy. they rushed throught the pedicures there and the polish was horrible...... but here at Seasons the pedicures were to die for. the massage and the hot towel treatment were my favs. plus the pedicure room is off in the spa area and is so peaceful, serene and relaxing. i am definitly going back next month, infact my friend and i have both made our next appointment already. we are so excited and looking forward to it.

Pros: clean, friendly, relaxing

Cons: nothing it was perfect..ask for tammy or hope!

I booked an appointment for my daughter's entire wedding party's hair, intending to use a gift certificate I had previously received from Seasons Spa to cover a portion of the cost. The owner was VERY RUDE and WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE GIFT CERTIFICATE AS PAYMENT FOR SERVICES! The gift card was purchased from Seasons Spa but they would not apply the amount on the card to the bill!!! I think this is horrible!! I was shocked and outraged that a business would treat a customer this way. I could understand fees or service charges, but to say that a gift card in such a substantial amount was entirely void, - that is just crazy!! I would have to believe that if any customer had any type of complaint there would be nothing done to correct it. The styles were ok but not any better than we could have received at any salon in the area. Apparently, the owner needs to understand the concept of Customer Service. I will NEVER return to this salon.

Pros: none

Cons: customer service is horrible, owner is rude

This was my first experience with Seasons Spa and Salon! Great customer service.......booked an appoinment for less than 24 hours later.......Joey did a great job with my cut and styling, gave excellent advice on products, styling, etc. The salon has a huge selection of products........facilities are clean and aesthetically pleasing! 2 of my sisters are also new clients and are also very pleased........and we are pretty particular! Can't wait to book my spa appointment!

Pros: ideal location, ample parking, warm and welcoming atmosphere

I was offered by an employee for a comp service because my $70 massage started late and was not during a quiet time in the spa. When I called to make a change in my 2nd appointment, the owner was put on the phone. She was very rude and talked down to me. She fired questions at me about my situaion, her employee and became angry becasue she was not informed of my situation. She spoke to me as if I was educated in her "policies" and knew how her spa should have been run on the day of my visit. She was not fully listening to my situation and not putting her customer first. After I got off the phone with her, i felt flustered. I was an innocent customer put in the middle of her and her employee. I cancled all appointments and will never return

Cons: rude owner, shortened service, owner

I've been going to Kristi for over a year. I'm 24 with short hair and finding stylists that know short hair is sometimes difficult. You can end up looking like a dude if you get someone that doesn't know what they're doing. She is always up with the newest trends and always has cute short hair herself. I get compliments all the time on my hair, and I know it's the haircut from Kristi. I love the salon and the non snobby attitude. It is very laid back which some find off putting. It is by far the best salon I've ever been to. I highly recommend it for girls that are looking for a stylish short haircut.

The place is so pricy for what you get. The owner is rude and the stylists are horrible. This is not a place to go!

As a new customer, I waited almost 40 minutes for my stylist. No one came to inform me of the delay as I waited and when I went to the front counter to ask the reason for the wait the receptionist was completely unhelpful; she told me to just keep waiting. I asked if I could change the brow wax to before the haircut since I was waiting and the schedule was messed up anyway. She said she would check on it; I found out later that the spa never heard my request to have the wax done while I waited. In the end the haircut was nothing to get excited about. Instead of the requested cut she basically gave me the cut I already had just polished up. That in combination with the receptionist who was so rude and unaccommodating to the mismanaged schedule means I won't be returning.

My friend told me about her stylist at Season's and that I should try her out. I went in to my appointment a little nervous. My stylist was pleasnt and professional, she made me feel at ease and relaxed. She had just got back from a class and explained to me that the salon has advanced education every month. I was excited to be getting one of the latest styles! When I left I felt a movie star, and my boyfreind told me that I looked great(he never noticed before). I am telling everyone I know to check it out!

Pros: location, staff
