This guy Josh was a total unprofessional geek, who showed up late, and charged too much for the work done. I had actually had a friend take a look at the virus and he knew how to get rid of it, and set up a better firewall. Thought I'd call in a so called professional, and I was totally ripped off by Ultimate Setup. What's that saying "Buyer beware". The knowledge Josh has could come straight from PC's for dummies. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THey are slick and unprofessional. THey don't have a staff. It's a husband and wife. AGAIN- DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
