What you get at Freddies is a cookie cutter hair cut. The stylists are often the major Salon rejects. These girls can cut a basic style, no more, no less. That in itself isn't so bad, what is bad is the price they charge for a mans haircut. To use clippers, and to use scissors for less than 2 minutes, they charge $17. They then expect a tip. While I don't care for Great Clips, at least the prices reflect what you get. This is no better than the $8 haircut they give there. Plus, the smoking by the stylists id totally unprofessional. I don't want to get a hair cut and come out poorer, and dying from lung cancer.

Would not recommend having hair cut

Recently my son had his hair cut and clippers were used. Almost two weeks later he developed ringworm on the back of his head and his doctor told me it was contracted during the hair cut and asked me to contact the shop and tell them to clean the items so the fungus does not continue to spead to other customers. Immediately I called the shop to inform them of what the doctor stated and was told by the owner "I have not had this complaint with other customers." and "I will take it into consideration." However, I was not told the items would be cleaned. I did not ask for a refund on the haircut and I did not ask for reimbursement of the doctor visit or medication that my son must take to rid him of this fungus. But instead, this customer of 20 years will not go back.
