Great Experience - Whitney is wonderful!. I went in the other day to have my brows waxed. That's it. Then I got to talking to Whitney, who was doing my waxing, and I explained to her that I have only had my stylist sister color & cut my hair for the last 7 years and she has since moved out of state. Needless to say, I was way overdue for both cut and color but have had major trouble trusting anyone to do what my sister can do. Whitney totally indulged me and consulted with me for a length of time. I could tell she got it. She totally understood what I wanted - it was like consulting with my sister. I was sold. Thankfully she was able to fit me in right then and there and did an incredible job. She nailed the color and it was just an awesome experience with Whitney. I found my sister's replacement. Great Experience with a Color and Cut. I was having a great deal of trouble with my hair and was concerned it was thinning however I called Show me Stylz and Shaunna answered the phone. She took a lot of time to listen to me explain my problems and concerns and was so kind to offer a quick consultation with me so she could see my hair and know how to help. She took over a half hour just making suggestions and working with my hair free of charge before I even made an appointment for her to style and cut my hair.

I did return for a color and cut which I can tell you was a real pleasure. Shaunna does not rush you through and she is sure you are happy before you walk out the door. My color lasted and looked just as shiny and fresh when I went back for a touch up as it did the day I received it. This shop is a First Class Salon in every way and everyone there seems to genuinely like what they do and it Shows.....I am sure you will not go away dissatisfied.…

Wish I could her home with me. While on extended vacation from Florida, I desperatly needed a cut & style. I'm very picky as my hair tends to friz if not cut right & good products used. My sister refered me to Shaunna at Show-me Styles & was she right. Shaunna made me feel very confident in her ability as she took time to listen to my concerns of a strange stylist doing my hair. She used the perfect products to make my hair silky & shiney, which is hard to do, and made suggestions on how to improve the condition & managability of my hair.

I love the fact that the team is young & has the knowhow to make a 50's something look & feel like a 30's something. A Florida a stylist under 60's something is hard to find. I would love to take Shaunna home with me & keep her my little secret.…

Super Southwest City Salon. I was referred to this salon by my daughter over a year ago. I was at a lost when my previous stylist changed professions. Fortunately, my daughter gave me a wonderful recommendation. I am extremely happy with the way that Shaunna colors and cuts my hair.

In addition, she makes me feel very comfortable with her conversations as she works on my hair. I always look forward to my future appointments.

What happened to true customer service?. Perhaps Jill works for some people, but in my case my hair looked horrible. I went in for a golden blonde highlight and came out with platinum color highlights. I bought shampoo and conditioner and I tipped her for her time, but I did ask for a refund on the color. She refused and even argued with me. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge of the service. I work with customers everyday and I have never argued with a customer. She even threw the fact that she's done hair for 6 years in my face. I wasn't second guessing her profession; I just wasn't happy with the color; now I'm not happy with the service period. It could of been handled on a more professional level.…
