I utilized the services of Suzanne at Wellen to prepare my taxes when I lived in Illinois/Missouri. Now that I relocated to the esat coast, I still use Wellen because they are thorough and get me every dime from Uncle Sam that I'm entitled. Both daughters have turned to Wellen for tax preparation and are as pleased as I am.
Pros: Quick turnaround...even for a "Last Minute Lucy" like me!
