If you are planning your wedding here then I would suggest you find somewhere else to spend your money. Totally not worth all the money I put into our wedding reception. The cake slices were so small, and the food wasn't very tasty AND it wasn't hot! It looks really nice inside the ballroom though. Also the florist said lots of the vases for the flower arrangements were missing from the hall and the florist charged me for them.

Unprofessional

The Ballroom is on the ground floor of a large apartment building, Coronado Place. I live in the building and have often noticed the valet drivers in the parking garage racing to retrieve guests' cars after events. Recently one of the valets drove very quickly and very close to me, honking his horn for me to get out of the way. He stopped the car maybe a foot from me. I complained to one of the Coronado Ballroom staff, assuming he would want to know about the unsafe and discourteous driving. He did NOT apologize, but instead told me he would "watch the security tape." Yes, voice dripping with disdain, he implied I was LYING and he did not apologize. Maybe these people treat you better when you are a paying customer? I would not want these valet drivers responsible for my guests' cars. Unsafe and rude.

The best in St. Louis

I just attended an event at The Coronado Ballroom and could not believe how wonderful it was. I've never experienced service like that in St. Louis. The food was amazing and the room spectacular. I highly recommend it.
