I would like to be the first to say how wonderful this trainer is! I've been training with Krista for over two years. She prepared me for my wedding and I was in such great shape. I am now three months pregnant and she's preparing me for the next chapter in my life. I feel so balanced & focused. I never realized working out could have such an impact on my life. I recommend BUILD A BODY to everyone I know.

Pros: comfortable, leave w/ more energy, very inexpensive
