Good doctor, but needs to be more accomodating to patient needs
by mandermo
Dr. Mattingly is a great doctor and has a very friendly staff. After seeing him for the past few months my neck and back feel much better. My only complaints are that he is not a provider for any insurance plans and he is usually running behind!
- Pros: thorough exam, Dr. very knowlegeable, friendly staff,
- Cons: not a provider for any insurance plans, Dr. usually running behind
No one else around actually does Pressure Point Therapy
by ucdontu
When I started they actually got to know what my problem was. They were vary thourough in the examination and the adjustment and pressure points. When I left my hip/low back pain and stiffness in the neck were pretty much all gone! I will be going back, they have a patient for life.
- Pros: Great Friendly Staff, Clean Office, Time spent to actually care for me and other patients
- Cons: They are not in any Insurance networks, Lots of paperwork
No more headaches. Great Dr.

I've been to a few chiropractors in my day and Dr. Mattingly is by far the most thorough and hands-on. I've never had a chiropractor x-ray me before and with doing so I found out a few vertebras in my upper back/lower neck area were totally out of place. I used to get intense headaches at the base of my skull and back of my head. After I was adjusted and everything was back in place, the headaches stopped completely. I don't take pain relievers anymore. I've been headache free for almost a year now. I'm sure it's time for a follow-up but I'm living out of the country right now. Next time I'm in town I'm definitely going back. I wish I would have gone sooner. I loved the pressure point therapy. It really loosens you up and gets you ready for adjustment you'll be getting a little later. Thanks Dr. Mattingly!
