I went to Windall at Atomic Tattoo For my second tattoo he did awesome and charged me basically nothing. Then I went back for my third one he did a great job also. I tell everyone to go there. I went there b-cuz of my brother going there so after he passed I figured I go there. There very kind . Krystal Chamberlain
Pros: Very Friendly ,Make you comfortable while getting tattoo
Cons: Windall is very busy,but is there when you ask for him
