We scheduled an event with this company for a business meeting with an expected attendance of 75 people. I signed a contract and was charged the deposit. It was agreed that they would show up at 6:00 PM to set up 30 minutes prior to the beginning of our sales meeting. On the night of our sales meeting, no one showed up for the event. I later received a call explaining that they got held up in traffic and that it was out of their control...and they would call me the next day to reschedule or refund our money.

I have never heard back from any representative from their company. I have called them THREE times, but have not been given even a follow up/courtesy call. Not only am I disappointed in how their business is managed, but am appalled that they did not return my calls after they broke the signed contract.

I have been advertising this event with my sales team for the last 30 days. The convention center I held my sales meeting at made many amends to accomodate our event. What a major disappointment!

If your looking to have some work done on a car or truck then don't go anywere but to Clean Cut Creations in St. Louis. They are the best any were. Not just St. Louis but any were in the USA. They know ther stuff and will liesn to what your wonting to do and help you with the prosses of getting it done. They are kind and ver attentive your needs and wonts. They were also let you know if there is a problem with what your wonting to do. I have a jeep that I am redoing and in talking with them about it John let me know some of the donw falls that I did not know would be a problem. He have saved me a lot of truble and money and I have not even started having the work done yet. What a great group of people. They have all my work from now on.
