Great food, sub-par service

Great Italian fare. Everything we have tried on the menu has been superb. The service was poor with a 15 to 20 minute wait after having the entree dishes cleared and coffee served until the waiter finally showed up to tell us about the deserts. We could have had an enjoyable dinner in about an hour and a half to two hours, but it was two and a half hours plus thanks to an inattentive waiter. In the two and a half hours plus we saw our waiter 6 to 8 times. Do the math. It was painful.
